The menu for tomorrow
Ok, so after much cogitation, I have come up with a pretty simple menu for tomorrow’s birthday dinner. Here are the elements:
Aperitivo: Revisited insalata caprese (with prosecco)
Antipasto: this is yet to be determined, but I would like to have a plate of different antipasti, modelling myself on something I had in Santarcangelo di Romagna at Lazaroun.
Primo: Roasted tomato & eggplant lasagna rolls
Dolce: Tiramisu
